Diffuse 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time as a safety precaution because you don't want to create a sensitivity to the oils, therefore use them in moderations. Never use undiluted oils directly on your skin but dilute in a carrier oil such as sweet almond or coconut. Essential oils are natural but powerful and it is best to inform yourself on the oils you intend on using. Some oils may work for one person and not the other therefore test them by purchasing small quantities first.
