Each plant produces a typical aroma and gives a certain benefit, for example, peppermint, which has a very familiar mint fragrance.



If you are familiar with farming or farm life you know how creative nature is, each plant gets its unique fingerprint, oh like us, humans.


Location, altitude, weather, and farming methods can result in a difference in the aroma and chemical structure of the essential oils. The skill and style of the distiller will also determine the overall fragrance and chemical structure.
